Note: The duly filled application with all the requisite documents should be sent to the following address by Ordinary Post only within 45 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News.

Documents To Be Attached With The Application

1. Educational and professional qualification certificates.
2. Birth certificate (Matriculation Certificate).
3. Caste Certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
4. Residence Certificate. Character Certification.
5. Copy of Experience Certificate. if any.
6. Aadhar Card/ Any other ID Card.
7. Two latest passport size colour photographs.
8. NOC from the employer for presently serving in any Govt. organisation.
9. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

General Conditions And Instructions

• Interested candidates should send their applications as per format attached and properly sealed in an envelope to subscribe the words “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ________” AGAINST CATEGORY “_____” on the top of envelope.
• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
• Candidates should not submit multiple applications for the same post.
• Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
• The candidates must write their name, date of birth, father’s name and mother’s name strictly as given in the matriculation certificate otherwise their candidature be cancelled as and when it comes into the notice of the Indian Coast Guard.
