A Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Computer Literacy: To be eligible for the job and to take the IBPS PO exam (which is conducted online), it’s important to have a good understanding of how computer systems work.
Language Proficiency: Moreover, it is preferred that candidates have strong verbal and written skills in the official language of the State/UT. The ability to read, write and speak the language fluently is essential.

In the Objective Tests, there are penalties for wrong answers.
If a candidate provides an incorrect answer to a question, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty from their total score.
However, if a candidate leaves a question blank and does not provide an answer, there will be no penalty for that particular question.
