One lakh vacancies in Central Armed Forces 2021 Over one lakh posts are lying vacant in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) like the BSF and the CRPF and the vacancies have occurred mostly due to retirement, resignation and deaths, the Rajya Sabha was informed on Monday. Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai said the BSF has the highest number of vacancies (28,926), followed by the CRPF (26,506), the CISF (23906), the SSB (18,643), the ITBP (5,784) and the Assam Rifles (7,328).

Note: At present, the process of recruitment for 60,210 posts of constables, 2,534 posts of sub-inspectors through the Staff Selection Commission and 330 posts of assistant commandants through the Union Public Service Commission is underway, he said.

SSC GD Eligibility 2021

Various parameters that candidates need to fulfill in order to meet SSC GD Constable eligibility are:

Nationality – Candidates must be citizens of India
Age Limit – Candidates should be aged between 18 and 23 years
Educational Qualification – Candidates must have passed Class 10 from a recognised board. Candidates appearing for their qualifying examination (Class 10) are not eligible for the exam

Age Limit:

Candidate is required to be between 18 to 23 years in order to be eligible for SSC GD Exam. Age relaxation is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the government rules. The crucial date of age-limit will be calculated with reference.

SSS GD Constable Full Selection Process

SSC GD Recruit vacancy for all trades are equal total process given below

  • Computer Based Examination(CBT)
  • Physical Efficiency Test(PET)
  • Physical Standard Test(PST)
  • Medical Testph

Computer Based Examination(CBT)

This is the first step to get job All candidates whose online applications are accepted are called to appear in the CBT . Online Exam will be held in English and Hindi language. will have four sections of the following subjects.

1)General Intelligence and Reasoning,

2)General Knowledge and General Awareness,

3)Elementary Mathematics,

4)English/Hindi.

Candidates who will be qualifying Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standards Test (PST) & shortlisted by the commission will be further called for the Medical Examination(DME). Finally based upon marks scored in Computer Based Examination (CBE) the final selection of candidates will be done. On the basis of the choices filled by the candidates, the posts will be allocated in the following organizations:
