Education Qualification

Constable (Driver)

  • Should have Passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board in India.
  • Must possess valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
  • Only Male Candidates are Eligible for this vacancy.

Constable (Veterinary)

  • Should have 10th or Matriculation pass with Science as main subject from a recognised Board or University in India.

Constables (Carpenter, Blacksmith and Painter)

  • Should have Passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board in India.
  • 02 years work experience in respective trade or
  • One year certificate course from a recognized ITI or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the respective trade or
  • Two years Diploma from a recognised ITI in the respective trade or similar trade.

Constables (Washerman, Barber, Safaiwala, Tailor, Gardner, Cobbler, Cook & Water Carrier)

  • Should have Passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board in India.
  • Two years work experience in respective trades or
  • One year certificate course from a recognised ITI or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the trade or
  • Two years Diploma from recognised ITI in the trade or similar trade.

1) Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

The PET is designed to assess candidates’ physical fitness levels. It typically involves activities like a race, long jump, high jump, and other physical tasks.

2) Physical Standard Test (PST)

The PST is conducted to ensure that candidates meet the prescribed physical standards set by the SSB. It includes measurements of height, weight, chest size, and visual acuity. Ensure that you meet the specified requirements for each criterion.

Written Exam

The written exam assesses candidates’ knowledge and aptitude in subjects such as General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge, Elementary Mathematics, And General English/ General Hindi.

  • There will be a total of 100 Multiple Choice Questions in the written test.
  • The written test will carry one mark per question.
  • There will be no negative marking for wrong answers in the exam.
  • The written test will be of two hours time duration.
