Educational Qualification

There is a minimum educational qualification required for applying to Indian Army Ordnance Corps Recruitment 2024.

2	Junior Office Assistant (JOA)	Candidates must have 12th Class pass from a recognized Board or University Typing Speed of 35 words per minute in English on computer or a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer
3	Civil Motor Driver (OG)	Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised board Civilian Driving license of heavy vehicles and have two years’ experience of driving such vehicles
4	Tele Operator Grade-II	10+2 or equivalent with English as compulsory subject Proficiency in handling in PBX board
5	Fireman	Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board
6	Carpenter & Joiner	Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board Certificate in the trade from a recognised ITI of 3 years training and / or Experience of actual work in the trade
7	Painter & Decorator	Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board Certificate in the trade from a recognised ITI of 3 years training and / or Experience of actual work in the trade
8	MTS	Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board Certificate in the trade from a recognised ITI of 3 years training and / or Experience of actual work in the trade

Age Limit

For the AOC Recruitment 2024, the age criteria will be based on the category of the candidates. AOC Recruitment 2024 Age Limit will be different for all category of candidates which are as follows:

Material Assistant (MA), Civil Motor Driver (OG) 18 to 27 years
Junior Office Assistant (JOA), Tele Operator Grade-II, Fireman, Carpenter & Joiner, Painter & Decorator, MTS, Tradesman Mate 18 to 25 years
General Candidates: Age should be between 18 to 25 years.
OBC Candidates: Age should be between 18 to 28 years.
SC/ST Candidates: Age should be between 18 to 30 years as of 20th.

Age Relaxation:

SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation in age
OBC candidates: 3 years relaxation in age
