Scheme of Examination:
The UPSC CAPF Ac Recruitment 2024 exam pattern comprises two phases. The first phase is a written test consisting of two parts: Paper I and Paper II. In Paper I, there will be a negative marking scheme where 0.33 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer. It is essential for candidates to achieve the minimum qualifying marks in UPSC CAPF AC Paper I. Only after qualifying Paper I, the marks for Paper II will be considered. UPSC CAPF AC 2026 Interview
Candidates who pass the Medical Standards Tests will proceed to the Interview/Personality Test conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). If a candidate is initially declared medically unfit but is allowed to appeal and appear before a “Review Medical Board,” they will also be called for the Interview/Personality Test provisionally.
The Interview/Personality Test will carry 150 marks. Candidates who are shortlisted for the Interview/Personality Test, including those provisionally shortlisted, will receive a Detailed Application Form (DAF). In the DAF, candidates will need to indicate their preference for the Forces among other required details.
